At THE SH LUXE, we curate and offer authenticated luxury items with care and transparency. Due to the nature of luxury consignment, sourcing, and high-value goods, please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made with THE SH LUXE are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences 
  • Sizing or fit
  • Colour variation
  • Wear expectations for preloved items

Please ensure you are comfortable with your purchase before confirming payment.


Authenticity Exception

In the unlikely event that an item purchased from THE SH LUXE is proven to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued.

  • Authenticity disputes must be verified by Bababebi and LegitGrails.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original inclusions.

Incorrect Item or Shipping Issue

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a shipping-related issue upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

To assist with our review, we may request:

  • Clear photos or videos
  • Unboxing evidence (recommended)
  • Order reference details

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.


Loss or Damage During Transit

All items are carefully packed prior to dispatch and shipped using reputable courier services.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping provider. THE SH LUXE is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit.

Where applicable, we will provide shipment documentation and assist customers with courier enquiries in accordance with courier policies. Customers who wish to have additional protection are encouraged to arrange shipping insurance prior to dispatch.


Condition & Packaging

Minor wear to outer packaging (such as paper boxes, ribbons, or paper bags) resulting from handling, storage, or transportation is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.

For preloved items, signs of wear consistent with the stated condition are expected and do not qualify for returns.


Refund Method

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
