Welcome to THE SH LUXE. By using our website or placing an order through our website or via WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger/other communication channels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Definitions

  • “Customer” or “Buyer” means any person or entity purchasing from THE SH LUXE.
  • “Goods / Items” means luxury items offered for sale.
  • “Order” means any confirmed purchase, reservation, or sourcing request accepted by us.

2) Product Information & Condition

We encourage buyers to review all photos, videos, measurements, condition notes, and item details carefully before confirming payment.

  • Brand New / Full Set: Items are brand new with full set unless otherwise stated.
  • Preloved Items: Pre-owned items may show signs of wear consistent with their stated condition. Minor imperfections may be present and are not considered defects if disclosed or reasonably expected.
  • Handcrafted Variations: Hermès items are handmade. Natural artisan characteristics (e.g., stitching, leather grain, glazing, shape) are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.
  • Packaging: Outer packaging (paper box, ribbon, paper bag) may show minor marks from handling/storage and is not considered a defect.

3) Orders & Acceptance

  • We may issue an order acknowledgement/confirmation via email or message.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order where necessary (for example, due to availability or verification requirements).
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and cancel the order.

4) Pricing & Currency

All prices are based in SGD unless otherwise stated. Other currency references are for convenience and may vary due to exchange rate movements. Final payable amounts will be confirmed at checkout or by our team prior to payment.

5) Payments

Payment methods available may include card, PayNow, bank transfer, or other methods displayed/confirmed at the point of purchase. Full payment must be received before dispatch or handover.

6) Communications & Records

For purchases made via messaging channels, confirmations, invoices, chat records, and payment records may form part of the official transaction record.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SH LUXE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

8) Independent Platform & Trademarks

THE SH LUXE is an independent luxury consignment and sourcing platform. We are not affiliated with the brands featured. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

9) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and is effective immediately upon posting.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
