Welcome to THE SH LUXE. By using our website or placing an order through all our digital channels (Including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or Email, etc), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1) Definitions

  • Customer” or “Buyer” means any person or entity purchasing from THE SH LUXE.
  • “Goods / Items” means luxury items offered for sale.
  • “Order” means any confirmed purchase, reservation, or sourcing request accepted by us.

2) Product Information & Condition

  • Condition: Items are Brand New with Full Set unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned items are sold "as-is" based on the provided descriptions and media.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Hermès items are handmade. Natural artisan characteristics (stitching, leather grain, glazing, shape) are inherent to the product and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

  • Packaging: Outer packaging (paper boxes, ribbons, bags) protects the item. Minor marks, dents, or creases from handling/storage are not considered defects.

  • Authenticity: 100% Guaranteed. We only accept verification from Bababebi or LegitGrails. Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Review: We encourage Buyers to review all photos and videos carefully before confirming payment.

3) Orders & Acceptance

  • Acceptance: An order is only confirmed once we issue a formal acknowledgement. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to availability or pricing errors.

  • Sourcing: For items sourced upon request, availability is subject to our global partners. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and any payment refunded.

4) Pricing & Currency

All prices are based in SGD unless otherwise stated. Other currency references are for convenience and may vary due to exchange rate movements. Final payable amounts will be confirmed at checkout or by our team prior to payment.


5) Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier or Buyer’s representative.

  • Global Disruptions: THE SH LUXE is not liable for delays caused by customs, regional conflicts, or global logistical disruptions beyond our control.

  • Customs: All import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6) Payments

Payment methods available may include card, PayNow, bank transfer, or other methods displayed/confirmed at the point of purchase. Full payment must be received before dispatch or handover.

For sourcing, reservations, deposits, and pre-orders,
"Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is required within 3 days of deposit, or the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited."


7) Communications & Records

For purchases made via messaging channels, confirmations, invoices, chat records, and payment records may form part of the official transaction record.


8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SH LUXE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.


9) Independent Platform & Trademarks

THE SH LUXE is an independent luxury consignment and sourcing platform. We are not affiliated with the brands featured. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.


10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and is effective immediately upon posting.


11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
