Items held locally are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after full payment has been received.

Overseas Stock, Sourcing & Pre-Orders
Certain items may be sourced from overseas or arranged upon request. Processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, verification requirements, and logistics arrangements. Estimated timelines will be confirmed by our team prior to order confirmation.


Shipping Coverage & Fees

Singapore (Local Orders)
We offer complimentary local delivery within Singapore for eligible orders. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed by our team after purchase.

International Orders
We ship worldwide using reputable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, depending on destination and service availability.

Shipping fees are not included in the item price unless otherwise stated and will be confirmed prior to payment.


Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Customs authorities typically collect these charges prior to delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable import requirements before placing an order.


Customs Clearance

International shipments are subject to inspection and clearance by customs authorities in the destination country. Customs decisions, delays, or actions are beyond our control. Where reasonably possible, we will assist with documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.


Delivery & Risk Transfer

Once an item has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the buyer. Tracking information will be provided where available. We will offer reasonable assistance for delivery-related enquiries in line with courier policies.


Packaging & Handling

All items are carefully packed prior to dispatch. Due to handling and transportation processes, minor wear to outer packaging (such as paper boxes, ribbons, or paper bags) may occur and is not considered a defect.
